cancel my account

My sister has been trying over a year to cancel my account and my daughter is on my account and tried canceling my account , I need my account closed , I want a email address to contact

Hi there,

there isn’t an email address to contact but if you’re still in Canada you can schedule a call back through the link. Only the account owner can close an account not family. If you’re no longer in Canada, then you will have to reach out to a rep through Koodo’s Facebook or X profile pages. However, if you still want your daughter to have her phone number and service with Koodo, you will have to do a transfer of ownership where the account changes to her name instead of closing it. It will incur a $50 fee if you do 🙂👍
