Over the last few months (since October 2022) the PDF billing files are corrupt.
On any given day it’s not possible to download or see anything. Keep trying over a few days and the files show up again.
This can only be an IT bug. (I use Crome for a browser )
As a bonus - up to and including Sept 2022 the bills had a long name like “KOODO_MOBILE_34743281_2022_09_09” but after that just a generic name with the month ….
