Can't view or download PDF bills

Over the last few months (since October 2022) the PDF billing files are corrupt.

On any given day it’s not possible to download or see anything. Keep trying over a few days and the files show up again.

This can only be an IT bug. (I use Crome for a browser ) 

As a bonus - up to and including Sept 2022 the bills had a long name like “KOODO_MOBILE_34743281_2022_09_09” but after that just a generic name with the month ….

Last week I had the joy of talking to a Koodo rep who (politely, to be fair) that there was issue on file….

I can still download it normally though. I think the download button of the bill on the webpage might be the issue. It was a tiny button in the past. However, as of now they create a big button "view pdf". It should resolve that old issue.

Anyway, was there any specific error message when you tried to download pdf bills?

So you spoke to a rep that confirmed the issue?

What did they say about the issue? 

This is a freaking joke - once again I can’t download the PDF bill after clicking on the “View PDF” button

It is good hear back from you after 30 days.

I just tested 1 second ago, it worked fine for me though. I recommend you refresh the page and try again.

Also, is today your billing date? if it was, there might be some issue when new bill are generated in their system. You could view the old bills by click on the “bills” tab and download relevant PDF bill there also.

I have no problem to login on both phone and my laptop using Chrome.

It’s random!

At this point I check the page once a day.

Yesterday I was able to see and download the PDFS….

Today (now 10:48 PM (EST)  it doesn’t work.

Using chrome.

Still not working for me on Chrome or Safari.  Is this a Mac compatibility thing?  I could see today’s bill but not last month’s bill.  PLEASE FIX.  These are important documents.

There’s no problem on my end. Have you tried on your phone directly? 

I keep the documents on my laptop for the bookkeeper.  Old people don’t use phones, and really, there is no reason to not be able to fix the error (read out as

500

Internal Server Error.

I am little confused, so you could download the current odf bill but you can't see previous month bill?

Sorry, I think I’m done for today.  I noticed this late fall.  Not just with Koodo, but with Hydro One and Bell also.  I keep hoping someone else will have the same problem and pursue it until it’s fixed.  My workaround (yes, I did forget) is to go to the one Windows computer in the house and use Google Chrome the same as on my Mac, download the file to Google Drive and then take it off Google Drive into my financial files on my Mac.  So sick of Mac incompatibility over the years...
