bill payment not working

for last 2 days i have been trying to pay my bill, with all the correct info, every time it says transaction did not go through, try again , can someone look into this . wonder how can such crucial things is not working for dont know how long

Were you trying to make a credit card payment?

yes, i am with koodo for almost 8 years and using credit card to pay my bills

Have you tried clearing cach and cookies? 

If that doesn’t work, can you do me a favor? Can you please try making a payment by dialing *611 and making the payment with the same card and see if that works?
