I got charged for international roaming calls that i never received. I just received 1 international call while i was in roaming. That too i was not notified about automatic activation of international roaming on my number. I thought my number will go off automatically instead international roaming activated without any consent. Kudoo doesn't have any customer care to talk to about this issue. I want this extra charges to be removed from my bill and get a credit.

So you were roaming, never answered any calls, made any calls, sent any texts, and you had both your data and data roaming turned off the whole time?

Yes i never dialled any calls and data was always off. I answered only one call and received 1 otp message thats it.

And just to be clear, you were charged for more than the one call, or were you only charged for that one call?

Yes i was charged for more than one call.

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that the charges were incurred due to data usage in roaming, for 4 days and a call + data usage for 1 day

 

Since there was very low usage for 3 of the 5 days, we have been able to reverse the charges for those 3, please check your self serve for details

All of the 5 days i have not used any data , in my usage section it shows zero usage of data for all 5 days.

Are you looking at your data usage in self serve?
