In both October and November there has been a charge of $199.75 on my bill labeled as “previous bill”. In both of these billing cycles I have paid the amount in full, including the unexplained charge. Octobers billing cycle I paid the amount without question because I thought perhaps I did make a mistake but now I am seeing the charge again. I went back through my billing history and see that I have paid the full amounts on both occassions and the $199.75 is not actually from any previous bill but completely unexplained. I have three numbers on my account and went through each to see if there were any unexplained charges but there are not. These charges are not related to extra data usage, no tab charges, absolutely unexplained, and incredibly expensive.

Hi ​@DanaWhaley the $199.75 you mentioned is a single instance of a past due for your October bill that was reported to your November bill. The October bill did not have any past dues from the September bill.
