I checked my bill and noticed I charged times two!

What happen is going on?

I'm using only one phone. There is no reason for paying for two plans.

Did you just change your plan from 8GB to 10GB?

I've changed my plan several times in the past, but never happend like this. Is there something wrong?

Hi there, @Eunby Koh  We have taken a look into your account. There is a pending credit for your old rate plan $55+tx that should appear on your next bill.  

If you don’t see it the adjustment on your next bill, please let us know.
