$7.50 Data Charge with 0.00 MB used

Hello,

I am getting a $7.50 data charge, but my data usage is showing as 0.00 mb for the month and my plan has free picture messaging. Has anyone else experienced this in the past or know why I was charged this amount?

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

@Tyler1982 You are on a very old plan with only talk and text included. On July 29th data was indeed used that triggered the overage:

 

Your pdf version of the bill does show the above. You may want to consider upgrading your plan if you think data usage is something you would be using more frequently now.
