Hi… anyone experience having 411 charges appear in minutes usage without having made a call to 411? I can't imagine a pocket dial because I have never call 411 previously. Koodo rep says they cannot reverse the charges because they are not the carrier service where 411 is managed by. The rep says my phone identifier numbers (SIM etc) are in fact applied to the calls based on their data. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks
If you look on your call log in your pdf ebill in self serve do you see when the 411 call was made?
Yes, the location where I was visiting is where the 411 calls originated from as stated on the Koodo on-line minutes usage log. If this is truly a fluke pocket dial then I am amazed that my phone keypad would open up and somehow 411 would be called twice within 2 minutes.

If Koodo insisted the phone dialed it, there might be some weird thing happened with your phone. Was there any app that had access to Koodo dialer? Which phone are you using?
Not the first customer experiencing this :
Might be something that’s going on or that 411 was speed dialed.
