1.000 events charge on this month's bill

My account was charged 14.99 this month for 1.000 events on my bill.  I don’t recall I singed up for anything but I remember I received a spam and deleted. Now, I do not know who sent it and charge my account.  

Is there anyway to contact them to cancel and received a credit?

You need to contact the third-party merchant offering the subscription service to get a refund. It is unfortunate you deleted the text message, but you should be able to retrieve it from a Koodo rep. Let me flag someone to help you out.

Make sure to text STOP to 5415 to cancel the service. Some of them will continue to charge until you cancel it.
