your website isn't working!!!


for a week now I have been trying to get on to pay my bill and look at why I'm being charged $58 this month but your website doesn't work! I can't access my billing page!! it always says 'temporarily out of service". It does this a lot and I am not paying you people until this website works so I can SEE what I'm being charged

Self-serve and the Koodo site are working fine for me. What browser are you using? The site is most optimized for Internet Explorer and Firefox. Also, clear your cache and cookies

You realize that the website not loading will not stop your service from being suspended or stop your account from going to collections? If you want to know why your bill is high, call customer service and ask, or go to a kiosk and ask if they can print a copy of your bill.

Calling *611 is always a good option before panick attacks appear.
today i try Google Chrome instead of IE9..it works now...
