I can't check the data usage on last months bill. It keeps telling me the information is not available at this time, try again later"

Hi there... Have you changed your plan recently? If so, when the plan is changed in the middle of the billing cycle, the data usage will not be displayed, at least for some days until the systems update all the changes...

Hmm... I just tried mine and I can pull up the previous month. Give koodo a call and see what's up with your data usage not working on self serve. There is no charge for this call *611 on your Koodo cell

Try clearing your cookies and cache. Are you currently using Internet Explore or Mozilla Firefox?Otherwise, it won't work.
