wrong bill

I've switched carriers and accidentally paid koodo instead of new carrier.How do I get my money back?

Easiest way would be to call your bank and see if they can reverse it. Especially if you just made the payment.

 

Otherwise if you haven't received your final bill from koodo, they'll send you a credit back for anything on the account, 4-8 weeks after the final bill.
