wrong airtime minutes on self serve


hi...my new billing cycle starts on the 10th but my airtime minutes on self serve is not updated. It is adding my last months minutes to my current usage. How should I get this checked?

I'm assuming it's because self serve takes time to update, it should be refreshed soon Im guessing. try using the newest versions of IE 8 or firefox since selfserve is optimized for these browsers. But it is mostly likely a delay self serve has usually been like this. 🙂
