Why can't customer service ever hold up to the arrangements that they make? I'd requested a call back to speak to a supervisor as I'd went to the US and went over my roaming package... I needed an extension for 1 day to not get suspended. The rep said he couldn't but his supervisor may be willing to. And he'd have his supervisor call me back within 20-30 mins... No call back.. So I called in 3 hours later and had been told to expect a callback in 3-4 hours... Again no callback. So this morning my account was suspended and I paid of my full balance. But WTF koodo? You customer service is so shitty that you couldn't call someone back to make an arrangement for 1 day? Shittiest customer service EVER.
