I'm not sure cam, could it be your bill came in just too late? You're best off to call Koodo and ask them how and what 🙂

If your account was late on the payment, probably was suspended before Koodo got the payment, Next time contact the Payment Management Department and do some payment arrangements, you will protect your account against suspensions... The system will never understand why we were late on the payments, but someone on the phone, that has bills to pay, for sure will understand and will give you a couple of days more to pay...
