Will my service be shut off?

My previous total charges are 99 something, and my current 40 something. My credit limit is like 145, but i don't get paid til the 8th, and its payable by the 12th. Will my service be shut off between now and the 8th?

Call customer service and ask. Nobody here can see your account, so anything we tell you is only an educated guess.

If you are on a spending cap (and it sounds like you are), you will indeed need to pay in time, Jen... otherwise your service will be suspended and you'll have to pay a $35 fee to be reconnected 😞 To be sure however, you should call Koodo (*611) and ask what can be done... you might be in luck but I wouldn't count on it 🙂
I'm able to pay by the eighth, and it's due on the twelfth. I'm looking for an educated guess, not a professional answer.

We can all guess, but it's not us who will need to pay your reconnection fee if we're wrong, Jen 😉 As recommended twice above, you really should call Koodo - it doesn't cost you to call.

If your total doesn't go over $200, you will not be suspended based on the credit limit. If your past due balance is too late you will still be suspended though. The account management team can setup payment arrangements and protect the account from suspension but you will need to call and speak with them. The length of time before being suspended for late payments varies depending on how oftenyou are late and how much is past due.

Say you want to make payment arrangements, they'll transfer you to payment managment. Then you tell your story, arrangements are made and as long as they are followed your account does not get suspended.

is there a certain time frame in which a promise to pay is to be made in sort of thing? like can a ptp payment only be set up within 7 days or something?

Pretty sure you can arrange to pay in installments, but I'm in tech support, not account management, and I've never needed to set them up for myself.
