why your site secure.koodomobile.com is not secure?

I'm using google chrome and when I want to pay my bill, your site sent me to this address (secure.koodomobile.com) but Google Chrome tell me that this is not a secure site and it did not appear the lock in the address bar.
Even in the community site you have the lock in the addressbar; why is it missed where we need more security?

I personally have not ran across this issue. But if you have the time, you could call tech support and let them know the situation your in. They may tell you its not needed as some built in security is in place and that may be the case, or they will at least be able to fix it based on your call. Hope you get it figured out and feel comfortable using it in the future!

Hey Carlos! We talked to our security teams and were assured that everything is in order. Without getting too technical, what we have been shared is that what likely triggers this message for you (and not for many others) is your browser type and settings. Thank you!
