As a ten year customer of Koodo I was dismayed to see a $42 Airtime charge on my bill.
I was not alerted via text or email or call when I went over my minutes 2 days before the new cycle.
I have been a loyal customer of Koodo, and this was surprising as notification for data overages are touted by the company but not for calls?

Yes, that’s how it works. No company alerts their customers for going over their minutes. You will have to contact Koodo on FB at www.m.me/Koodo if you want to get it credited, but I doubt they will.
