Why isn't my Base Plan renewing when I have a positive balance?

I have the $15 per month base plan with Koodo prepaid. I had a $45 balance in my account. In my account overview, it says 'Base Plan expired'. How do I get it to be active again? I topped up the account with another $45 with no success. My acount balance is now $90 and my account is still expired?

Hi djd ! Did you try IVR *611 or your selfserve to renew it, else call customer care to do it for you.

That's strange. Does your Prepaid cell phone still work? It may be a bug in the Self Serve. If it does not work, I suggest you contact Customer Service because if there is a balance on your account, the base plan should automatically renew itself.
