why is my current bill not reflecting changes I made during this month


i made a change to my account earlier this month but it is still not being reflected on my current bill. it is supposed to change when I make the changes but i do not see it.why not? my account still reflects the OLD amount i owe and not the adjusted new amount what is going on here at koodo

You will see the changes on the next bill, not the amount owing as its impossible to change a bill that has already been processed. Hope this clears it up for you 😃
