Why is my bill so high. ..why????

Is it your first bill Norene? It could be so many reasons... proration (only on the first bill) , or high data/minutes usage or roaming are the most common bill "enhancers"...

Use the forgot your password to get it reset and check out your bill asap. It could be a mistake or you'd at least know where you wen over so much. Then call and see if anything can be done. Koodo isn't under obligation to forgive part or all of the bill but it's worth a try. Be patient and nice while explaining the situation and you might be able to get some of it knocked off or a payment plan or something.
