Why extra charges even when upgraded to cover?????


I know that other companies will forgive chages on an existing plan if you upgrade to a plan that covers the extra charges. I just got a bill for a periofd where I upgraded my plan but see that the extra charges are still there. Is this an error or is this the way Koodo works????? I would hope that this is an error as other companies will cover this for a transition.

They may reverse the charges but it is solely at their discretion. Personally I think it is a reasonable request. Just be polite about it; it usually gets the best result

Charges are not automatically credited when you upgrade your plan, they would need to be credited manually. Did you let customer service know hhat you did so?
