I have two phones with Koodo my line usually has plans to choose from my other line has the exact same phone and calling features but when I go to change that plan it’s not there and nothing is available for that line. Last time I had to call Koodo to get it changed which took over an hour to get someone on the phone. I”m thinking about switching providers if this continues.
