Why can I change my plan but not my other line

I have two phones with Koodo my line usually has plans to choose from my other line has the exact same phone and calling features but when I go to change that plan it’s not there and nothing is available for that line. Last time I had to call Koodo to get it changed which took over an hour to get someone on the phone. I”m thinking about switching providers if this continues.

No need to wait anymore. You can easily schedule a callback with Koodo's Digital Asistant to see what the issue is.
