Why am I getting billed for data when I don't use data? Only used text & phone.

I was charged for 26 Mb of data when I didn't use any data. This is the second time this has happened & I am ready now to cancel my Koodo account. Their customer service is non-existent.

Is your data turned off? A lot of phones incur what's called "data leakage". That's when apps use data in the background. You can avoid this by actually turning data off on your device or placing a "Data Block" on your account.

Did you call Koodo and speak with a rep? I can get though daily during their operating hours with just a little bit of hold time You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
