Why am I being charged application fee when I haven't bought any apps?

For the past two bills, I have been charged for application fee...why?

Hi Lori, Billing issues cannot be resolved here. Have you checked the apps on your phone and noticed any paid apps in particular? This used to happen to my sister all the time, my niece would play around with her phone and end up downloading a lot of paid apps from the app store. The best way to solve this is by setting a password requirement for the purchase of apps in your settings menu on your phone's app store.

Is it an app fee or a premium subscription fee? Did you just open your account with Koodo recently?
