Who do I contact to see why I was charged for a crazy amount of data on my last bill? Is there no support other than this open forum?


I am new to self serve but my bills are double the usual...$45 of extra data with a weird icon beside it ...when clicked it says phone number can't be found or not linked to my account?

Call 611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone, Or 1-866-558-2273 from any other phone, which is TELUS customer service, but forwards you to Koodo when you enter your phone number.

Or you could call 1-866-995-6636....which happens to be koodo's 800 number
