While porting, I reversed my parent's phone numbers. Is it possible to fix this?

I ported my mom's phone number to my dad's name, and my dad's phone number to my mom's name. Is it possible to get this fixed? They are both under one account, if that matters.

So you ported your dad's number to your mom's phone and your mom's number to your dad's phone Are they on the same plan?

I'm not sure if you saw; I made another comment below

Can you just swap the SIMS? Calls intended for phone Dad will then go to phone Mom, and vice-versa, as originally intended. You may have to adjust the billing plans if there are big differences to bring stuff back into line.

Sorry to step on Chad's answer, but we were replying independently at the same time and his got posted before I completed my longer post.

We're on the same page.
They are both on the same plan. The SIM cards are in the right phones, phone number wise. My main concern is that the caller IDs will be wrong. Or will both caller IDs show the account holder's name? On Self Serve, the numbers and names are mixed up due to my error

Caller ID from a cellphone should just be the number. The callee's phone's contact list pairs the number to a name. When my mother calls, the caller ID states "Mom".

Caller ID shows only what is in the local phone's directory when a call comes in.
Outgoing caller ID on cell is just the number unless you've paid for a premium feature with other carriers; if there's no match on the recipient's directory, then it shows as GEO location and number. So if mom or dad call a wrong number in Florida, it will show on the recipient's phone as "Ontario" or whatever and their phone number.

Oh, caller ID from mobile numbers doesn't show names anymore? When did that change? Or is this just something that Koodo doesn't have?

When I call a phone that doesn't have my number on it from my own phone, my name shows up on their Caller ID (if they have that feature) and on the caller ID of a landline, so I know it's a feature that exists.

Hey Darren! Just to clarify, Koodo does not have the outgoing/incoming name display option.  If a Koodo phone were to call a provider that offers the name display option, only their number will show up if not already saved in the contact list.
To add on, every incoming call on a Koodo phone will only show the number (if not blocked and not already in the user's contact list).
Hope this helps 🙂
