Where is the "Add a New Subscriber" option on self-serve?I can't find it.

I just want to add a second line and I could not find it anywhere. I was able to see that in the past although.

What do you mean "change"? Any new line activations need to be done at a store. It's been like that from day one, as far as I've always been told.

Also, if you have an employee account, you cannot add a second subscriber.

Like, before we were used to add new subscribers through self serve. There was an option under Mobile Phone - Add A New Subscriber. That's what I meant. Thanks for the quick response. It can't be done anymore.

Why would you have to go to a store? You can buy a phone with a plan on their site. When yo check out it will ask if you are a new or existing customer. Doesn't that just add another line to the account?
