where is the $10?

I received the $10 off on the first bill but not the second / recent invoice.

Did you recently port your number over as well?

And is the email you used here the same as the email for your Koodo account?

Sonetime porting your number can cause the credit to drop as the credit is tied to the phone number.

Not sure what you are asking. I do not have FB nor twitter. I just want this known error corrected so I can continue being HAPPY about choosing to switch to Koodo!

 

And I am truly happy with my decision. I like my phone and I got a cute matching wallet with one of the visa cards😋!
