Where is my July bill? My bills are usually available on the 10th - it's already the 16th.


It's still showing last month's bill in E-bills, and amount owing when I log in is not updated with July transactions.

There's a delay from when the e-billing notice is sent and when it is available on Self Serve.

Hi there Brian... Sometimes the system could take a couple of days to display your bill, usually you should have your bill ready to be viewed 3 days after the billing cycle start date... Give it another day to see what happens, then check you Self Service account to see if it is already available...
I believe both Koodo and Telus were doing some maintenance this past weekend so perhaps this delayed the release of the bills. I just received mine today.
Is there any update on when Koodo will get the bills out?
