Where did my add-on minutes go??


I acidentally used up my base 50 minutes today (phone was in my pocket). I have an add-on of 50 minutes, but my usage shows that I have used up all 50 of my minutes with none of my add-on available. How do I get this corrected?

Hi Bob, We don’t have access to your Koodo account from the Community. You can dial *611 from you Koodo phone and a rep will help you out 🙂. Thanks ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
