When I go to my self serve I can only see my profile and nothing else. So I can't access my e bill and pay it.

Looks like your self serve was not setup properly. Give Koodo a call and they can reset your self serve *611 on your Koodo cell

Chances are the profile was not set up as the owner for some reason. Call Kood and they can fix that. They can also give you the balance and methods how to pay the bill.
I encounter the same problem. Just got koodo a few days ago. The self-serve is not showing anything else except my profile. if i call the customer service, would they charge me the $35 for the account set-up fee?

What?? No. Just call them and they will fix it up.

Only when you need to get Koodo to do something that you can do yourself on Self Serve results in a charge. Since you are calling them to fix your self serve there will be no charge.
