When does my phone bill come out online?

My billing period ends on the 10th of every month. When does the pdf file come out online so that I can have a copy of the invoice? I need to expense my bill, but the deadline for it is the 14th of every month. Thanks

Usually, the bill is available online on the next day. Obviously that depends on your account and when it was set up. If you give a call to *611, they can tell you exactly when yours comes available.

@ Vince - aren't you set up for notifications? You're usually sent an email or SMS or both letting you know it's ready and how much you owe etc. You can set this up in self serve

Hi Vince, it usually takes about 2 to 3 days for your invoice to be available online. Can I ask that you check Self Serve tomorrow and let us know if it's not there? Thank you!

Hi Vince, thanks so much for checking back. We looked into this a bit more and want to let you know that the billing cycle takes a few days to process, and you can expect notification about 4 days after your invoice date. This can of course fluctuate slightly each month (faster or slower). In your specific case, cycle 10 is still in progress, and eta for notification is 14th.
To ensure prompt payment for my bill I require it be generated and available for print off today (the day after my billing cycle restarts). Is Koodo able to accommodate?

I highly doubt it. It usually takes 3 to 5 days after the billing cycle. I guess they need time to process data/talk usage correctly(specially, data is not update in real time)
