What's wrong with my bill?

In my bill, it says :

Balance forward from your last bill...........................................-$31.08

This reflects payments of $62.15

What does -$31.08 mean? Do I have to pay that much or not?

Plus, in the end of the bill, it also says :

You have a credit balance - no payment is required this month.

Please help me cause I’m so confused :sob:

It means you got a credit in your account and you seemed to overpay Koodo lastmonth. This month, you don't have to pay.

Anyway, that is the summary of the bill. I would suggest you go to billing area in selfserve and download the pdf bill. Normally the page 3 (or 4) of the bill has the detail.

It means You have a credit balance  on your account on this most recent bill.  So for this bill no payment is required this month.

Because you have a credit, it mean instead of having an owing amount, you have a negative bill, hence a negative sign “-$31.08”
