what's up with this bill?


I have a 39.00 plan with nothing past due. I have just received a bill for 79.00 with no explanation. I have gone over my data, message, air time and nothing is over. What should I do?

Page 3 is a breakdown of your bill... 79 does sound kind of high even for proration, though. I would call Koodo when they're open if you can't understand your bill.
