what happens if I change a plan twice in one month

You can change your plan once per billing cycle.
Nothing. But you can't do it through self-serve. You have to call in. Some reps might give you trouble quoting the same thing as Mayumi, but it's possible. They'll probably charge you a fee as well, unless you can convince them not to (super easy at TELUS, not sure about Koodo).

Hi there, a $10 fee would apply, per change 🙂 We don't recommend it though as it could be quite expensive because of the proration resulting from the double change (the proration applies on airtime as well). Thank you!
