How do you talk to in order to find out about a call on your bill that seems to be an error? I have a call on my last bill that is for >$40 & I think it is wrong. I live in Canada but took the 30 day plan for being in the USA. The call was received during that timeframe.

Hello Sandra, Give customer service a call, and they'd be more than happy to go over your bill with you. Just dial *611 from your Koodo phone and you'll be connected 🙂
Thank you Matthew. It is my Canadian phone & now I'm in the USA. I shut the phone off later that same day & put it on seasonal hold for the winter. So I cannot dial 611.
