Weird extra costs?

My plan is supposed to cost $ 40 per month, but my bill says I have to pay $ 54.40 for Mobile services. I don't understand what the extra $ 14.40 is for since I've stayed under my data, message and call limits..?

Did you just sign up? If so it's a prorated charge for the first partial month of service.
No, this is now my second bill. The first one was $ 58.80 or something like that..

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
