website not working?


I just got my phone a couple of days ago and I got the initial email from Koodo to get set up for billing ect. but when I click on "get started" it doesnt load. I tried going to the koodomobile.com website and that doesnt work either. Is the site down or something?

Heidi, do you happen to have a Samsung phone? Are you trying to access the site from your phone ? Could you try accessing this site? We are looking into what the issue maybe. https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/init If the above doesn't work either please use google's chrome browser instead of the factory internet browser. Let us know how things work out please.
