We temporarily added a second phone number and looking to cancel it


We added a second account, but no longer need. How can we remove it from billing? We have a monthly service on our main number.

Hi Jackie,

Just give Koodo  a call by dialing *611 from your mobile phone and tell the rep you wish to cancel.

No, there should not be a charge as it is not something you can do in self serve.
