Waive the overtime usage fees

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I was forced to work from home and had to contact my boss to get instructions and it didn’t cross my mind that I would go over my plan till I got my bill. I have tried several times to try and speak to a service rep however never get through to speak to anyone. My hope was that I would be able to the the charges waived or reduced taking the circumstances into consideration. Your help would be much appreciated!!

A few things here.  Since it was for work, I think you have a reasonable expectation to have work expense those charges.

 

In the mean time, you can add an unlimited calling add-on

You can also keep your current plan and simply add an Unlimited Anytime Minutes add-on for an additional $2/month. Simply text "MOREMIN" to 7780 and wait for a message with more details and instructions on how to add this to your line.
