Waiting for Authorization but still disconnected


So I am waiting for my Australian credit card to be authorized (which should take a week to do) I rang Koodo two days ago and set this up with one people there over the phone. He said that we would wave any late fees because of the Authorization process. I woke up today to find my phone has been disconnected. Is there anyway I could get it re-connected due to my circumstances? (The pending the authorization etc.) My bill was due on the 16th of this month and today is the 18th.

I kind of really need it re-connected because I am looking for houses for rent and this is my main line of communication

Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) and speak to billing, etc., this forum can't really help you get re-connected, you need to speak to Koodo.. Hours of operation (Eastern Standard Time): Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
