So I am waiting for my Australian credit card to be authorized (which should take a week to do) I rang Koodo two days ago and set this up with one people there over the phone. He said that we would wave any late fees because of the Authorization process. I woke up today to find my phone has been disconnected. Is there anyway I could get it re-connected due to my circumstances? (The pending the authorization etc.) My bill was due on the 16th of this month and today is the 18th.
