Wait times


I have been on hold twice for over an hour and right now have been waiting for about an hour and 50 mins !!! ?

Yeah wait time are pretty bad at times. Keep in mind that you can send Koodo a private message on their Facebook page and they will be able to verify you there and assist you which can be faster during office hours.
I have charged extra on my bill and need to talk to them about it.

You can contact Koodo via Facebook or Twitter. They usually answer within a couple hours and there is no need to wait on hold. What were the extra charges for? They may be there for a reason and we can help clarify what theyre there for.
