Visa Debit not working


Okay, this is about the umpteenth time I have attempted to register and/or top up my account with my Visa Debit. Says it is rejected by my financial institution, but I have contacted them and its all good (works everywhere else on the net as well).
My bank address information matched my account information and is entered according to what my bank has....whats the problem Koodo?

Which bank are you with? if Koodo said it was rejected by the financial institution, then the problem could be the other end. Have you got enough fund in the visa debit?

I have attempted to resolves this previously by contacting my bank (no problem on their end) and calling Koodo( they couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work.
how do I resolve this issue as it’s at times inconvenient not to have and I miss out on the bonus’.
I would like an email exchange with some at koodo so I can have a record and don’t want to go through CRTC.

Nice to hear from you after 1 year you posted. How did you pay Koodo last 12 months?

Regarding the payment have you tried to setup pre-authorization again? (things changed after 1 year) https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments

I don't think they had email for sending general message anymore, You could set up a callback through their digital assistant www.koodo.com/chat and talk to an agent directly.

Your original question is a year old. I'm taking it that this is for a prepaid account? Have you tried recently to add this card for auto top-ups or contacted Koodo again to see why your Visa debit card is not being accepted if all info is matching?
