Visa Debit!

Why is Koodo still behind the times?? Visa Debit cards should be able to work and why Koodo hasn't picked this up as a form of payment is beyond me. I don't have, nor do I WANT a regular credit card!! Get with it Koodo!!

Eventually within the time Koodo will have more methods of payments to make it easy to all the clients, but still, there are lots of ways to pay the bills: Credit Card Western Union Telephone/Online Banking Money Mart Bank ATM (registered) Cheque (via mail) Bank Teller

Exactly look at all the methods of payment and your getting mad because they don't accept one method of payment, seems easier for you to change to one of the 7 methods of payment than for them to try to include 1 doesn't it.

I guess you're assuming I'm "mad"? I'm simply wondering why Koodo hasn't adopted an "Instant" payment method other than credit cards. I know there are lots of ways to pay the bill.....Re-read my original post and you'll understand what I was asking.

Steve is right folks. As someone in another thread mentioned it, if one can order chinese food and the delivery guy on a bycicle can take this method of payment you'd think a company like koodo should too. Post it as an idea Steve and let's hear from the "officials".

Pay with your bank account then since the visa debits would take that money out anyway....

Online banking works just as easy. All you need is your account # from your Koodo bill.
I do pay with online banking....which takes 3-5 days to show up at Koodo. I'd like something that was instant without the need for a credit card.

Pre-authorized banking would be your best bet.

Koodo doesn't sell vouchers online. You can set up payment options, or you can purchase a voucher at innumerable retail outlets, though.

@Micheal
Why you want to buy a voucher?
You can top up your account either by credit or debit card.

Doesn't Koodo accept some of these now?
Not according to the CSR I spoke with today.
I second Steve! I'd like visa debit as a payment option! The only way to do a quick online transaction without a credit card and not all of us have one! And it's visa most vendors do accept debit so why not koodo!
The Visa debit system takes time to implement. The last update is that it is being looked into. You also have to keep in mind how Koodo's current credit card system works. Also, a lot of Canadian businesses do not accept Visa Debit online transactions, but that is slowly changing.
