View My Bill is not working


I'm having trouble accessing the "View my Bill" feature in order to pay my bill. I've tried clearing my browser history, tried different browsers and nothing has worked. All I see is a blank page for my billing summary and can't access the payment tool. How am I supposed to pay my bill (due very soon) if the site won't let me?

have you tried using your self-serve app to view your balance and pay?
Updating system ....My old plan which i still have is not listed any longer...$ 25 which is 30 now included 250 data, unlimited talk/text/long distance to anyone (not just family) after 5 and weekends..with $5 increments for overage on data....think i will stay with my old plan

Right.
If you have a good old plan and it suit your needs, then you should keep it.
(Once you lose it you can't get it back)
