US Roaming and not in US

Is there anyway to talk to an actual representative? I have been charged for US Roaming while in Canada, I would like it to be removed from my bill but can’t get through or use the chat bot is the most frustrating tool to use.

How did the roaming charge happen, were you close to the border?

You should also go to the network settings on your phone, and change network selection from Automatic to Koodo. This will prevent your phone connecting to any other network, and you will see no more US roaming.

Hi! I checked your account, the last bill as well as the current billing cycle and there are no extra charges there. Still, to be on the safe side, it’s better to follow David’s advise and manually select the Koodo network from your phone’s settings, if you travel or live near the border.
