Unknown data usage charges

I just noticed for my previous billing cycling I was charged $10 in data usage charges. My bill says I used 1097MB, when I get 1124MB per month. What gives!! This is the second time this year I've had mysterious data charges. So annoyed!!!

Hi Kiran,

1124 sounds like an odd number considering Koodo dosn't have any 1.1gb plans nor have I ever seen any. Are you sure you don't have a 1gb plan or 1024mb?

What happened to the first time? what did Koodo say about the cause? For billing, you could call Koodo during day time or send a message through facebook, to make them fix it permanently for you.
