I switched from koodo to public mobile. A few weeks after switching i receive a random bill of $6.92. I dont why i am being charged for this even after changing plans.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out to us! Upon verifying the details on your account, I can advise that that amount was the amount remaining for your August bill. You can check out on koodomobile.com/selfserve and you will see that the amount of the August bill was $59.89, however since you've cancelled within the billing cycle, the remaining was only $6.92 ( since the service will not be used for the entire month ). Thank you.

After you closed the account with Koodo, they will send you a final bill to settle everything. I would suggest you check the page 3 of the PDF bill in your selfserve. It should tell you the detail of the charge.
